Fast rising Ghanaian singer, Black Sherif has revealed that he is currently not in a serious relationship yet but he has trusted female friends he shares his problems with.
According to the young talented singer, his reason for not being in a relationship is due to the responsibilities and stress that come along with having a girlfriend.
Speaking in an interview on Pulse Gh, the ‘2nd Sermon’ hit maker stated that he is only a young man trying hard to make life comfortable for himself so therefore, he has no intentions of being in a relationship that might demand more than he can offer.
“Life is hard but Accra is harder. I’m on the street and I don’t have anything, if I go for a girl and she starts to bill me unnecessarily, I will be more stressed so for now I’m focusing on my music”, he said.
Black Sherif also narrated how his first love in SHS died five years ago in school during an outbreak of a deadly disease in the institution.
He also revealed that despite the fact that he is a star, he still depends on his parents for his daily bread and upkeeping. He said that he sometimes calls his parents to lie to them just to collect money to record his songs.
When asked if he has ever abused drugs or takes in alcohol, Black Sherif said, “I don’t do drugs, I don’t do alcohol. The bottle of alcohol I was seen holding in my music video was just for craft and nothing else”.
