Lucian Solja to storm Zebilla with Gariba and many others

Reggae dancehall star Lucian Solja is headed back to his hometown of Zebilla in Ghana’s Upper East Region for a massive concert event on January 6, 2024. The show, dubbed “Lucian Solja and Friends,” will take place at the Zebilla SHTS Assembly Hall and feature performances by some of the biggest names in African music.

Headlining the event is reggae legend Gariba, the acclaimed “King of Zongo” music in Ghana. Gariba’s unique blend of reggae, highlife, and local African rhythms has earned him icon status across West Africa. His performance promises to be one of the highlights of the night.

Joining Gariba on stage will be an all-star lineup including red-hot acts like EdgarStone, Boey P, Blaq Mexxi, Burning Fire, Taata, Wiz Gallardo, FlameBwoy, Spyro Ranks, Capo Chino, Catalyst, Demboi, Ras Ziggy, Try Cee, Friction Vip, Wan Row, Goby Lyrics, and Icon. It’s a veritable who’s who of the African reggae scene.

The concert marks a triumphant homecoming for Lucian Solja, who hails from Zebilla but now lives in Ghana’s capital of Accra. Since moving to the big city, Solja has established himself as one of the brightest young talents in African dancehall reggae. But he’s never forgotten his roots.
