Meet Ras Lucian the future of upper east dancehall music–Artist profile

Known by his family as Lawal Abugbilla kudus but popularly known  in showbiz as Ras Lucian , he was born in zebilla of the upper east region of Ghana on 27th August 1993 ,Ras Lucian is a reggae dancehall musician.

Ras Lucian started his dream as a singer in his childhood time but realized his talent fully at his secondary school where he performed on variety shows and entertainment competitions.
He completed his basic education at St Charles Lwanga Basic school in zebilla and continued his secondary education at Bawku senior high school. He furthered his tertiary education at McCoy college of education but unfortunately he could not finish his studies, he deferred his program due to some reasons.

Ras Lucian became a household name after releasing banger upon bangers in 2016 and 2017 where won for himself some prestigious awards in the upper east region. For instance in 2017 he won best collaboration of the year and best reggae dancehall Artist of the year in the TONSU music awards in zebilla.

Furthermore , his popularity made him  gained a lot of stage performance which are:*Tamale meet Bongo at Bongo,Iwan Trust in the Lord album launch at Navrongo,Miss Samanpiid at Bawku community center,Miss Toende at Zebilla,Young Life etc. His recent stay in the greater Acrra region also gained him more stage performance such as Ashaiman @Down town city on Ashaiman TV launch,Koforidua on Kumahood TV for Awusuo program and same program in Ashaiman Downtown city. Which got him featured on the Ashaiman TV sound track *Ashaiman Life*  And he organizes his own show annually titled”Lucian fest”

He collaborated with other important star which are:Ras Trusty, Natty vybzz, Trycee,Taata and many more.

Ras Lucian went on musical Break for over three years and he is back with hot tunes for his fans and music lovers
