Stonebwoy Sells Out 40K Accra Sports Stadium With BHIM Concert 2023 (video)
Stonebwoy, one of Ghana’s top dancehall artists, held an electrifying concert at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, December 23rd, 2023. The BHIM (By His Imperial Majesty) Concert saw over 40,000 fans pack into the stadium to watch Stonebwoy perform hits from his catalog along with appearances by other top Ghanaian artists.
The show opened with emerging artists like 10tik, Fameye, and Yaw Hero hyping up the crowd. Then R2Bees, Kidi, and Kuami Eugene kept the energy going with their infectious afrobeats songs. The audience was dancing and singing along from start to finish.
King Promise and Jahmiel slowed things down a bit with their mellow reggae tunes before Stonebwoy finally took the stage. The stadium erupted as he performed his major hits like “Baafira”, “Come From Far”, and “Bawasaba.” His incredible stage presence and high energy kept the crowd jumping and screaming for the entire set.
Some of the highlights of the night included his performances with guest artists from Jamaica and so many artists from Ghana.
After over two hours of nonstop music, Stonebwoy closed out the night thanking fans for their support. The BHIM Concert 2023 was a major success for the dancehall star. He showed Ghana, once again, why he is considered one of Africa’s best live performers. The Accra Sports Stadium was truly shook by his incredible stage show and star power.
