Jahkid Jester to Release Debut EP ‘BLACKSTONE’ in January 2024

In a celebration of identity and musical prowess, Kugsabilla’s very own Jahkid Jester is set to drop his inaugural EP, aptly titled “BLACKSTONE”, in January 2024 – a significant month as it marks the artist’s birth month.



Comprising four tracks that promise a journey through the artist’s unique soundscapes, the EP is poised to make waves in the music scene. The tracklist reads like a poetic journey: “On My Knees,” “Sumbugsum,” “Puusim Win,” and “Wilding.”

Collaboration takes center stage on “BLACKSTONE”, with the talented Boey P and Khareem Jnr joining forces with Jahkid Jester to bring a diverse range of influences to the project. One may not understand what or where Kugsabilla is , this is a community in the Tempane district of the Upper East Region, where Jahkid Jester was born and grew up. This is home to the artiste and he loves and feels proud of it .
